Freeman-Asia
Award: Need-based funding to assist the recipient with the cost of the study abroad program and related expenses, including airfare, basic living costs, local transportation, books, etc. Summer Award up to $3,000/ Quarter & Semester up to $5,000/ Academic Year up to $7,000
UC San Diego deadline: early March. Application materials are available in early February.
Agency deadline: early April, by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
- U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident
- Undergraduate with a minimum of 2.8 GPA
- Pursuing first bachelor's degree
- Candidates must work with the Study Abroad Adviser to ensure that the application is officially submitted and that all supporting documents are attached by the final deadline.
