URH Newsletter Submission Form

We accept submissions that pertain to undergraduate research targeting students, staff, and/or faculty mentors such as but not limited to:

• undergraduate research programs / REU's accepting application
• undergraduate research conferences / showcases
• research workshops 
• research mentoring 
• conference funding
   

Please ensure that your submissions have all critical and applicable information (title, location, date, contact information, registration link, etc.)

• Digital flyer submissions: we use MyEmma for our newsletter. We prefer .png or .jpeg files. If your flyer is not in either of those formats, we can make the appropriate conversions from a .pdf
• Non-digital flyer submissions: if you do not have a flyer, please submit the necessary information in the text box below. Text should be fewer than 2 paragraphs, not including contact information, registration information, and website.
