Undergraduate Research Hub Presentation or Tabling Request Form
To request scheduling a presentation or tabling from the Undergraduate Research Hub, please fill out this form with the presentation or tabling details. (You will receive a copy of your responses after you submit your request.) After we receive your request, we will determine if we can accommodate the request and will follow-up by email within two weeks. If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks, please contact us at ugresearch@ucsd.edu to request the status of your request. Thank you!
If you want more than one talk or tabling (e.g. one on research programs, one on prestigious scholarships), please submit multiple, separate, requests.
Preference is given to requests sent at least three weeks prior to the preferred presentation date(s). We will follow-up within two weeks.
Our availability:
- Monday through Friday, 9am to 7pm.
- Presentations starting at 6pm or later are held only by Zoom.
- Saturday presentations are allowed for select weekend events.
